Current research Interests: Vasovagal reactions and vasovagal syncope in context of blood donation. Psychophysiological mechanisms involved in vasovagal reactions, particularly in the investigation of hypocapnia produced by anxiety-related hyperventilation and the associated hemodynamic profiles.
